Latham & Watkins Advises Activant Capital in Cardless’ US$40 Million Series B
Cardless, a credit card company focused on helping brands launch credit card products for their superfans, has announced that it has raised US$40 million in a series B funding led by Activant Capital, joined by other investors including the owners and management of the Phoenix Suns and Boston Celtics, as well as existing investors.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Activant Capital in the fundraising round with a New York-based team led by partners Stelios Saffos and Jane Greyf, with associate Teddy Ellison.
