Latham & Watkins Represents Initial Purchasers in Constellium’s Sustainability-Linked Notes Offering

Cross-border team advised on the offering by the developer and manufacturer of aluminium products and solutions.
Constellium SE, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high value-added aluminium products and solutions, closed on June 2, 2021 its private offering of €300 million of Euro denominated sustainability-linked senior unsecured notes due 2029.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Keith Halverstam and Benjamin Stern, Paris partner Thomas Margenet-Baudry, and Paris counsel Michael Ettannani, with New York associates Gemma Mootoo Rajah, Giulia Franzoso, and Jaye Han. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim, with New York associate Michael Syku.
