London emerging companies team represents undisclosed investor in digital-first pet insurance provider’s fundraising round.
Latham & Watkins advised an undisclosed investor on a Series D investment in Bought By Many, a leading pet insurance provider. Bought By Many’s US$350 million fundraising round gives the company a pre-money valuation of over US$2 billion.
Bought By Many was established in 2012 in London, UK, with the vision to provide a fairer, more transparent and digital-first insurance experience. It launched exclusively into pet insurance in 2017 and now reaches millions of pet owners across Europe and the US.
