Latham & Watkins Advises Landmark Dividend LLC in Acquisition by Digital Colony

A corporate deal team advises the real estate and infrastructure acquisition and development company in the transaction.

Digital Colony Management, LLC (Digital Colony), a global digital infrastructure investment firm, has announced that affiliates of Digital Colony have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Landmark Dividend LLC (LD), a real estate and infrastructure acquisition and development company. LD owns, among other things, 100% of the membership interests in the general partner of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (NYSE: LMRK) and 13.2% of the common units representing limited partner interests in LMRK.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Landmark Dividend LLC in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partners John Greer, Kevin Richardson, and Bill Finnegan and Orange County partner David Meckler, with Houston associates Jacob Johnson and Ziyad Barghouthy.
