Finance team represented the lenders in the private investment firm’s significant growth investment in the American developer and publisher of product development software.
GI Partners, a private investment firm, has completed its significant growth investment in Aras Corporation, an American developer and publisher of product development software. Latham represented Golub Capital Market and the other joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in providing a senior secured term loan, delayed draw term loan and revolving credit facility totaling US$185 million to support the investment.
Latham New York partners Alfred Xue and Conray Tseng led the finance deal team, with associates Brianna Oller and Beste Bozkurt. New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim advised on tax matters.
