Latham & Watkins Advises ContourGlobal on Acquisition of Portfolio of Contract Operating Power Plants in the US and Trinidad and Tobago

On February 18, 2021, London Stock Exchange listed and FTSE constituent ContourGlobal plc (ContourGlobal) announced the completion of its acquisition of a portfolio of natural gas fired and combined heat and power assets totaling 1,502 MW located in the US and Trinidad and Tobago from Western Generation Partners, LLC for US$837 million.
