Jim Beaubien, Jeffrey Greenberg and Cindy Starrett again cited for business and civic leadership.

For the second consecutive year, three Latham & Watkins partners have been included among a select group of business and civic leaders published by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Los Angeles partners Jim Beaubien, Jeffrey Greenberg and Cindy Starrett are among the “Los Angeles 500,” an annual feature that profiles “the people in Los Angeles who make an impact.”

Beaubien was recognized for his stand-out corporate practice focused on M&A and private equity transactions and public company representations, often advising industry-leading local clients. He was also cited for his firm leadership roles, including as the former office managing partner in Los Angeles and as a former Chair of the office’s Corporate Department.

Greenberg was acknowledged for his market-leading project finance practice in which he advises clients on critical power, oil refinery, petrochemicals, telecommunications, and other infrastructure projects. He is the current Office Managing Partner in Los Angeles, and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Starrett's position at the forefront of LA's real estate development and infrastructure investment was cited‎, as well as her leadership in civic engagement. She chairs Latham’s Project Siting and Approvals Practice, and leads the firm's advice on a number of prominent sustainable, job-creating projects in Los Angeles estimated at more than $1 billion in value – including a new Arts District project along the L.A. River, the new Los Angeles Football Club soccer stadium and Westfield projects including the newly completed expansion of Westfield Century City Shopping Center.

David Fleming, a retired Latham & Watkins counsel, was also named among the “LA 500” for his business and civic roles.
