Global M&A Co-Chair Recognized Among "Who's Who in Chicago"

Crain’s Chicago Business has named Mark Gerstein, a Chicago corporate partner and global Co-chair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, to its “2015 Who’s Who in Chicago” list. The annual list is a “directory of Chicago’s movers and shakers” and includes CEOs, civic leaders and philanthropists, among others.

Gerstein’s inclusion on the Crain’s list exemplifies his professional success, leadership ability and community involvement. At Latham, he advises the world’s top companies in their most critical business transactions and leads a practice that handled more than $US620 billion in announced M&A transactions worldwide last year. He is also active in the Chicago community, serving on the boards of both Youth Guidance, which serves at-risk children in Chicago’s public schools, and the Ravinia Festival.
