CFIUS年度报告：2016年和2017年的10个关键点（英文）

在美国外国投资委员会（CFIUS）提交的通知数量在不断增加，更多的案件正进入调查阶段，撤销并重新提交通知的案例也在增加。
2019年11月22日，CFIUS公布了2016年和2017年提交给国会的年度报告（报告）。CFIUS在2018年并没有公布年度报告，因此今年的报告中只有两个年度的报告。报告综合了2016年和2017年提交给CFIUS的通知中涉及外资对美国本土投资所引发的国家安全审查的统计数据和其他信息。
由于CFIUS在年报覆盖期整整一年多后才公布这些年报，当前的报告并不能反映最近的趋势，包括2018年8月通过的《外国投资风险评估现代化法案》及其试点计划，其要求外商在对具有“关键技术”的美国企业进行某些非被动型、非控制型投资时也需要通知CFIUS进行申报。
