Zone of Insolvency
no, this is not a bad TV sitcom. When a previously solvent Borrower gets close to insolvency, the courts have held that the board of directors’ fiduciary duties morph to include the Borrower’s creditors. Prior to entering the Zone of Insolvency, Borrowers do not owe their creditors any fiduciary duties.
Mutual Fund
a Fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that is publicly traded for the purpose of investing in Securities such as stocks, bonds, money market instruments and similar assets and provides daily liquidity to its investors. Also known as an Open-End Fund.

Baseload
a power generation technology that by its nature you don’t want to turn on and off any more than is necessary, such as nuclear and coal. Baseload plants are built to serve the minimum Load, i.e., the minimum amount that is needed on that Grid, day and night, all year round. To the extent a Baseload facility has Capacity in excess of the Baseload, the facility may be used to serve Pumped Storage projects, since the excess Capacity is essentially valueless.
