Mississippi Lime Shale
a relatively shallow Shale Formation generally located between the depths of 4,000 to 7,000 feet below the surface in parts of Northern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas.

the impermissible offering of, or publicity for, Securities during the Pre-filing Period.
Unified Case
a single PTAB Proceeding may have more than one entity as a Petitioner, but those Joint Petitioners must act as a single party that Speaks with a Single Voice both in writing and oral representation. Individual arguments, submissions or sections in consolidated filings are not allowed. In addition, only one Lead Counsel may represent the multiple Joint Petitioners.
Acreage
a general term most commonly used to describe and identify the Lands subject to an Oil and Gas Lease. Acreage is used as a measure of the amount of land that is the subject of an agreement or proposed transaction.
An acre is equal to 43,560 square feet.

Angiogenesis
the physiological process through which new blood vessels form from pre-existing vessels. This process is distinct from vasculogenesis, which is the de novo formation of blood vessels. The first vessels in a developing embryo form through vasculogenesis, after which Angiogenesis is responsible for most blood vessel growth.
