Xavier Renard retired from the partnership in December 2025. He was active in the field of corporate taxation and provided general tax advice to French and multinational groups of companies, investment funds, and financial institutions. He also specialized in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings of groups of companies, tax consolidation regimes, taxation of financial products, and asset financing transactions.
Xavier was a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux. He was also recognized as a key player in LBO taxation.
