Volker Schäfer


Volker Schäfer is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has broad experience representing clients in cross-border disputes, disputes in the financial industry (including regulatory investigations or internal investigations), antitrust civil damages claims, professional liability cases, and post M&A disputes.
