Uwe Eyles


Dr. Uwe Eyles retired from the partnership on May 31, 2016. He has been a partner in the Frankfurt Office and a member of the Financial Institutions Group focusing his work on banking law, financial services and financial regulation. In the German legal market he has received particular praise for his work in:

During the last years, Dr. Eyles has worked on numerous highly complex transactions and innovative legal structures. His clients included domestic and foreign banks, investment firms, payment institutions, deposit-guarantee schemes, bank associations, financial investors and public sector clients.
