Stuart McRobbie is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. McRobbie represents public and private companies and institutional investors. He advises on strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts and disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters. 

Mr. McRobbie has experience advising clients across a range of industries including financial services, technology, energy and infrastructure, and life sciences.

Mr. McRobbie has also tutored corporate law on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
