Steve Barr is counsel in the Finance Department. He regularly represents leading commercial and investment banks in the syndicated loan markets. Mr. Barr's primary practice involves the structuring and syndication of senior credit facilities, including acquisition, recapitalization, bridge, working capital and other domestic, cross-border and multicurrency financings. His clients include several global financial institutions.

 

Mr. Barr's representative matters include representation of the lead arrangers/bookrunners and administrative agent in connection with:

  • US$1.45 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility for a Fortune 500 company*
  • US$170 million revolving credit facility for a healthcare company*
  • US$3.0 billion+ amended and extended multicurrency revolving, term A and term B senior secured credit facilities for a leading food and beverage company in the United States*
  • US$1.5 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility for a real estate investment trust*
  • US$1.35 billion multicurrency revolving credit facilities for a motorcycle manufacturing company certain of its foreign subsidiaries*
  • US$2.0 billion multicurrency revolving and term credit facilities for a leading provider of microcontroller and analog semiconductors*
