Scott Ollivierre is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Private Equity Finance Practice. Mr. Ollivierre advises clients on bank finance and general corporate finance matters, with a focus on representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, public companies, financial institutions, and debt investors in a wide range of financing transactions, including:

  • Cash-flow and asset-based credit facilities
  • Junior lien and mezzanine financings
  • Holdco financings
  • Bridge lending
  • High yield debt offerings
  • Debtor-in-possession and exit financings

Mr. Ollivierre also regularly represents borrowers with respect to debt compliance issues, debt restructurings, and other liability management issues. His transactions include numerous large and middle market domestic and international financing transactions.
