Robert Haymer is a partner in Latham & Watkins' Century City office and is a member of the Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice and the firm's Finance Committee.

Mr. Haymer advises on mergers and acquisitions, company formation, structuring and financing, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. His clients include studios, independent production and talent management companies as well as entrepreneurial clients and investors primarily in the entertainment, media, and sports industries.
