Robert Haymer retired from the partnership in March 2021. He was a partner in Latham & Watkins' Century City office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice and the firm's Finance Committee.
Mr. Haymer advised on mergers and acquisitions, company formation, structuring and financing, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. His clients have included studios, independent production and talent management companies, as well as entrepreneurial clients and investors primarily in the entertainment, media, and sports industries.
Mr. Haymer has significant experience speaking frequently on corporate issues and representing and structuring early stage companies.
Mr. Haymer has consistently been recognized by a number of top industry publications, including Chambers USA Media & Entertainment Transactional Law, Variety Legal Impact Report and Dealmakers Impact Report, and The Legal 500 Media, Technology & Telecoms.
