Patrick Mitchell is a partner in Latham’s London office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports & Media Industry Group.
Mr. Mitchell works exclusively in the sports and entertainment space, advising a wide variety of sports governing bodies, broadcasters and other media companies, corporates, financiers, and investors on their premium commercial transactions.
Mr. Mitchell primarily handles sophisticated media rights and sponsorship arrangements, the launch and expansion of media and digital services, sports technology, and all other areas involved in establishing and monetizing events.
Mr. Mitchell’s experience includes advising:
- Various event organizers on bidding for, hosting, and exploitation of major international sporting events, including:
