Pamela C. Kellet is a partner in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.   • Administrative agent in US$1.135 billion term loan and revolving credit facilities for Six Flags Entertainment Corporation
  • Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., as borrower in US$2.5 billion revolving credit facility to refinance existing debt
  • GE Capital, as first lien agent, in connection with debtor-in-possession financing for Archbrook Laguna Holdings and affiliates
  • Buckeye Partners, L.P. and Buckeye Energy Services LLC, operators of pipeline systems and suppliers of refined petroleum products, as borrowers in a revolving credit facility to refinance existing debt
  • Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P., a company engaged in the transportation, storage and distribution of refined petroleum products, as borrowers in its US$800 million revolving credit facility to refinance existing debt
  • Investors in the private placement of US$135 million senior notes in connection with the expansion of a liquefied natural gas receiving terminal*
  • Private equity funds in the financing of a US$45 billion acquisition of a large US utility company*
