Michael M. Ettannani is counsel in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins.

His capital markets practice includes advising clients on:

  • High yield and other debt capital markets transactions

  • Mergers and acquisitions with a capital markets financing element    
  • Compliance with US securities laws

Prior to joining Latham in 2012, Mr. Ettannani practiced in the capital markets group at the New York office of another international law firm.

Mr. Ettannani represents corporate clients and investment banks, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to international capital markets matters. He has particular experience in initial public offerings and high yield debt securities offerings.
