Marcello Bragliani, Global Vice Chair of the firm’s Banking & Private Credit Practice and former Regional Chair of the Finance Department in Europe, advises Italian and international clients on a range of complex banking and corporate finance transactions.
Drawing on his broad-based financing experience and sophisticated product knowledge, Marcello represents a variety of private equity sponsors, banks, private debt lenders, and public and private companies. He brings particular experience in cross-border financings involving bespoke structures.
