Katherine Marren is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Marren advises public company clients on corporate, securities, and governance issues, including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange governance rules, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related regulations.

Her clients include both US and foreign New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq-listed companies across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, life sciences, and retail.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Marren was a summer associate in the New York office. While in law school, Ms. Marren was a Myron Taylor Scholar and received the Frank Wagner Prize.
