Jonathan Rod is of counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he is a member of the Finance Department. He is the former Co-Chair of the Project Development & Finance Practice, as well as the former Global Co-Chair of the Power Industry Group.

Mr. Rod handles a wide variety of securities and finance matters, with a principal focus on the energy, oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in securities work, including innovative project bond financings in US capital markets.

Mr. Rod is ranked Band 1 by Chambers Global and Chambers USA for US Projects, and is recognized as one of the leading attorneys in the US in the project finance area.

  • The company in connection with an intermediation facility for its 300,000 barrel a day refinery in Philadelphia
