He has served as a United States Delegate to an ITU World Radiocommunication Conference in Geneva, Switzerland. Before joining Latham, Mr. Janka served as a law clerk to Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Pasadena, California.
