Johannes Poon is a Knowledge Management Lawyer (UK Equity Capital Markets, Public Company Representation, and Public M&A) in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Poon has extensive experience advising clients on equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance, market abuse, and other continuing obligations of listed companies. In particular, he has worked with clients operating in the technology and life sciences sectors, advising them on IPOs and secondary listings on both the main market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM.

Mr. Poon is a member of the ICAEW’s Business Law Committee.
