Joachim von Falkenhausen

 
 

Dr. Joachim von Falkenhausen retired from partnership on December 31, 2013. He has many years of experience advising German and international clients in corporate and securities matters as well as in complex M&A transactions. He has been an important member of the firm’s Corporate Department since Latham merged with the German law firm Schön Nolte in 2001.

He is a recommended lawyer for M&A and corporate law by JUVE 2013/2014 and Chambers Europe 2013. In JUVE 2011/2012 he is described as a "confident, strong negotiator, even in difficult negotiations with international elements."

Dr. von Falkenhausen is co-author of Münchener Handbuch des Gesellschaftsrechts (standard textbook on corporate law) and regularly publishes articles in various law journals.
