Jeffrey Senac is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Finance Department.

Mr. Senac devotes his practice principally to the representation of banks, direct lenders, equity sponsors, and other borrowers in transactional matters. He advises clients on finance matters with specialties in banking and acquisition financing. Mr. Senac has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and has experience in the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured credit facilities involving term and revolving loans for acquisition and other general corporate purposes.
