Irina Vasile is an associate in the Data & Technology Transactions Practice of Latham’s London office.
Irina’s practice focuses on product counseling, proactive and reactive regulatory engagements, and transactional work across data protection and cybersecurity, consumer protection, online safety, and artificial intelligence.

She has significant experience advising clients on complex technologies, working closely with digital service providers, online platforms, online marketplaces, AI developers, and over-the-top communication services.

Irina gained her professional experience working in private practice in Ireland and Romania, as well as in-house for Meta (formerly Facebook) and Oracle. She also completed a product counseling secondment at WhatsApp advising on global legal issues related to privacy, consumer protection, telecommunications, and competition.
