Mr. White has served on Latham’s Pro Bono Committee, and maintains an active pro bono practice working in the areas of marginalized communities. He took on a key role in the high-profile matter Stockman v. Trump, the national impact litigation challenging the ban on transgender military service.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. White worked with not-for-profits and public agencies including South County Outreach, Covenant House New York, the Orange County Public Defender, and the Legal Aid Society of New York.
