Giorgio Ignazzi advises clients on leveraged finance, international capital markets transactions, and securities regulation.

Giorgio represents private equity sponsors, issuers, private credit funds, and investment banks in:

• Public and private offerings of debt and equity securities
• Acquisition financings
• Liability management transactions

Before joining Latham, Giorgio worked at another global law firm in London, focused primarily on capital markets transactions. In 2018, he joined Latham & Watkins in London and subsequently transferred to the Milan office.
