Ed Comber is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Comber is a member of the firm's Finance Department and Structured Finance Practice.

Mr. Comber has experience in a variety of structured finance, securitization, and other secured financing transactions, representing banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, placement agents, borrowers, lenders, funds, insurers, and other financial institutions. In particular, Mr. Comber advises on the financing of a range of traditional and esoteric asset-backed securities including credit card receivables, automobile loans, restaurant franchises, oil and gas assets, RMBS, and in developing bespoke structured finance vehicles and products.

Mr. Comber is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Duke Law School.
