Ed Comber an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Comber's practice focuses on equity derivatives and equity-linked products, including convertible notes and related derivative overlays, structured share repurchase transactions, hedging and monetization transactions, and margin loans and other equity-based financing transactions. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Comber practiced for a number of years in the financing department of a Magic Circle law firm in London and was seconded to a major UK bank.

Mr. Comber is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Duke Law School.
