Devon Diggs is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Diggs was a summer associate in the San Francisco office.

Mr. Diggs represents public and private corporations in antitrust, securities, complex commercial, and class action litigation across a wide range of industries, including technology, aeronautics, and financial services. Mr. Diggs has advised clients in both state and federal court on various aspects of complex litigation. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and advising on regulatory issues.

Mr. Diggs maintains an active pro bono practice, including a class action challenge to the denial of refugee status to Iranian nationals under the Lautenberg-Specter Program, which allows persecuted religious minorities to apply for resettlement in the United States.

Mr. Diggs received his JD in 2019 from the University of Texas School of Law. While attending law school, he served as a staff editor for the American Journal of Criminal Law and as vice president for the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society, a local chapter of NBLSA.

Mr. Diggs received his BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013.
