Devin O’Connor advises clients on federal environmental law matters with a particular focus on complex environmental regulatory issues and environmental litigation.

Ms. O'Connor has experience in matters involving the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, National Historic Preservation Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and other environmental laws. She has advised clients in a variety of industry sectors on environmental legal issues in the context of major project development, federal court litigation, and administrative rulemaking. She has experience in large litigation matters, including in an interstate water rights dispute before the US Supreme Court.

During law school, Ms. O’Connor served as an article editor for the Harvard Environmental Law Review.
