David B. Rogers

 
 

David B. Rogers retired from partnership on September 30, 2013. Mr. Rogers is one of the few nationally-recognized project finance, energy M&A and energy project development lawyers based on the West Coast. Mr. Rogers led many energy-related M&A matters, project development matters and financing transactions in the US. His clients included:

  • Project developers
  • Private equity firms, hedge funds and asset managers
  • Leading commercial and investment banks
  • Cleantech companies
  • Investor-owned utilities, as such, as well as their unregulated affiliates

Mr. Rogers had active roles in the firm's management, including having been elected to the firm's five member Executive Committee and serving as one of the firm's youngest Global Department Chairs.
