Mr. Carpenter is a member of the Corporate Department and focuses his practice on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securities offerings. Mr. Carpenter has over 17 years of experience in the energy sector, with particular knowledge on master limited partnerships and energy focused private equity transactions.
