Cassandra Marie Baloga is an associate in Latham’s New York office, where she is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.

Ms. Baloga litigates complex intellectual property and technology cases, offering her clients a strong focus on trade secret litigation. She has assisted in matters involving technologies across varied industries, including software. Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Baloga was an associate in the New York office of another global law firm where she focused on IP litigation.

Ms. Baloga earned her JD at New York Law School, and completed her BS in Electrical Engineering from Wilkes University.

While she was in law school, she served as a judicial intern for Judge Joel H. Slomsky in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to law school, she was a Quality Assurance Engineer for a global aerospace and defense company.
