  • TotalEnergies on its €2.2 billion joint venture with Masdar, pursuant to which TotalEnergies and Masdar will combine their respective onshore renewables businesses in Asia
  • An acquisition by an entity owned 50/50 by ECP and Centrica of Grain LNG, a UK-based liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal on the Isle of Grain
  • Apollo on its:
