Arman Zahoory is a litigation and trial associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Zahoory represents technology and life science emerging and large public and private companies, as well as officers and directors, in securities, professional liability, and complex commercial litigation, including:
- Shareholder derivative litigation
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations and enforcement actions
- Internal investigations
- Intellectual property and employment-related litigation
- Licensing disputes
- Other complex, high-stakes litigation
Mr. Zahoory maintains an active pro bono practice. In 2016 he was named the Community Legal Services East Palo Alto Advocate of the Year and also earned Latham's Silicon Valley Pro Bono Star of the Year award. He is representing a defendant in an ongoing matter for the Northern California Innocence Project.
While at Harvard Law School, Mr. Zahoory served as an intern at the Office of the District Attorney in Santa Barbara, California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Zahoory was the founder and owner of Write Here, Write Now Tutoring, a tutorial business that serves college students with learning disabilities or language barriers.
