Anthony Klein is the Global Co-Chair of Latham & Watkins’ Technology Transactions Practice, Global Co-Chair of the Connectivity Industry Group, and a member of the Emerging Companies Practice.

- Advised Avago Technologies Limited in its acquisition of LSI Corporation, a cloud-based software developer and computer semiconductor manufacturer
- Advised Spansion in its acquisition of the Microcontroller and Analog business of Fujitsu Semiconductor, a designer and manufacturer of semiconductors
- Advising Lucasfilm regarding intellectual property matters in its acquisition by The Walt Disney Company
- Representing AMD in the commercial and intellectual property aspects of the establishment of GLOBALFOUNDRIES
- Advising the Government of Abu Dhabi regarding the revision of its intellectual property laws to benefit the establishment of the semiconductor industry in Abu Dhabi
