The "very smart, thoughtful and experienced" Anthony Klein is highly regarded for his varied transactional technology expertise, counseling a range of clients, from emerging growth to established technology outfits, in cross-border negotiations. One client praises his deep knowledge of the technology sector: "He is the person we call for IT work. He has an underlying understanding of technology. He can synthesize a lot of information quickly and reduce it to very pragmatic points. He gives great 'let's go' advice - our mandate is that we do things correctly but quickly - so having trust in outside counsel when things are moving that fast is essential. Tony meets all of our expectations."
