Ali Zablocki is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Zablocki is a member of the firm's Finance Department and Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.

Ms. Zablocki represents companies, lenders, creditors, and other parties across various industries in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, as well as in other distressed situations.

While attending law school, Ms. Zablocki served as a student advocate in the Child Advocacy Clinic. Ms. Zablocki’s current pro bono practice is focused on providing assistance to individuals seeking asylum.

Multi-disciplinary team led by members of the firm’s Restructuring & Special Situations Practice advises the multinational company on voluntary prepackaged Chapter 11 proceedings to reduce its US$1.7 billion debt to US$400 million.
