Tom Dobson retired from the partnership in December 2007. He was a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office, with a practice that concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters for corporate clients and investment banks.
He is the former chair of the Corporate Department in Los Angeles, and former chair of the firm and Corporate Department Opinion Committees.
At the time of his retirement, Mr. Dobson was a member of the American and California State Bar Associations.
