Philip E. Coviello, Jr.

Retired Partner

Philip E. Coviello retired from the partnership in December 2003. Mr. Coviello has practiced law since 1969. He joined the firm in 1985 in the New York office, after having been a partner at the Dewey, Ballantine firm in New York City.

Mr. Coviello has over 30 years of experience in public and private offerings of securities, arranging acquisition financing, and handling acquisitions and divestitures. His practice centered around corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He represented major investment banking firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He also represented several corporate clients, including Getty Realty Corp. and Kimco Realty Corp.

At the time of his retirement, Mr. Coviello was a member of the New York State, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.
