Achraf Farraj advises clients on a broad range of real estate and finance transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, secured lending, hotel, casino, and energy development and financing, joint ventures, and commercial leasing.

Mr. Farraj counsels clients in matters relating to:

In law school, Mr. Farraj served as an editor of the Human Rights Law Review and was recognized as a James Kent Scholar and was a recipient of the Jane Marks Murphy Prize.

Mr. Farraj’s transactions include advising:

  • Churchill Downs Incorporated in connection with the financing and refinancing of its senior secured credit facilities
  • Majestic Realty Co. in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties in Fort Worth, Texas
  • RIDA Development Corporation in connection with the development of the Chula Vista Bayfront Hotel and Convention Center near San Diego, California
  • Major banks in connection with the financing of casinos in upstate New York
