Nick Eberhart is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the firm's Finance Department and the Project Development & Finance Practice.
Mr. Eberhart represents a variety of financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in connection with the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Eberhart worked as a management consultant and Teach for America corps member. He spent his third year of law school at the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Energy and Clean Technology Law and a Certificate of Specialization in Environmental Law.
