April 26, 2022
Jennifer Archie, Tony Kim, and Serrin Turner recognized for establishing themselves as the “first call” for companies hit with a cyber-attack or other data security incident.

Washington, D.C. partners Jennifer Archie and Tony Kim and New York partner Serrin Turner have once again been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 40 list. The annual list recognizes the “best data breach response lawyers in the business” who “have established themselves as the ‘first call’ for companies hit with a cyber-attack or other data security incident,” and are, “helping companies worldwide work through the complicated, high-stakes matters associated with data security incidents, ransomware and so much more.” All three partners have previously been named to the list. This is the fifth consecutive time Archie has been recognized, second consecutive time for Turner, and Kim has been on the list every year since its inception in 2016.

Archie, Kim, and Turner, members of Latham’s Connectivity, Privacy & Information Practice, handle regulatory investigations, respond to data breaches and other privacy crises, advise on complex corporate transactions, and counsel clients on how best to mitigate the ever-mounting risks related to digital transformation and other data-driven business strategies. In addition, they leverage their experience working within the web of US, EU, and global laws that impact the collection, use, protection, and transfer of consumer and other sensitive data to defend consumer class actions and other lawsuits.
