Latham & Watkins Advises Unicorn Investor Dragoneer on Entrata’s US$507 Million Investment Round

This is the largest private investment round in Utah history and confirms Entrata’s status as a unicorn company.
Entrata, the multifamily industry's most comprehensive software technology platform, has announced the company has raised US$507 million at a valuation north of US$1 billion from investors Dragoneer Investment Group, Silver Lake, Qualtrics Founder Ryan Smith, Vivint Smart Home Founder Todd Pedersen, Domo Founder and CEO Josh James, and other strategic investors.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Dragoneer in the transaction with a deal team led by Boston/New York partner Kristen Grannis and Bay Area partner Haim Zaltzman, with Century City associates Arman Carretta and Agustin Podboj. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Bay Area partner Katharine Moir.
