Latham & Watkins Advises TeamViewer in Acquisition of US-Based Augmented Reality Software Pioneer Upskill, Inc.

TeamViewer, US Inc. (TeamViewer), a subsidiary of TeamViewer AG, a leading global provider of secure remote connectivity solutions and workplace digitalization technology, has announced its acquisition of Upskill, Inc., the US-based pioneer in augmented reality (AR) software for frontline workers.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented TeamViewer in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Jane Greyf and Düsseldorf partner Nikolaos Paschos, with associates Marc Klepner and Josh Meyer.
