Latham & Watkins Advises SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in SambaNova System’s US$676M Series D Financing

SambaNova Systems, the company building advanced software, hardware and services to run AI applications, has announced a US$676 million Series D funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partners Ben Potter and Saad Khanani, with Bay Area associates Chris Pham and Adam Zuckerman.
