Latham & Watkins Advises Sea Capital in Forte’s US$725 Million Financing

Firm advises a lead investor in the financing of the company building economic technology for games.

Forte, a leading provider of blockchain solutions for game publishers, has announced that it secured an additional US$725 million in financing, closing its Series B. The Series B was led by Sea Capital and Kora Management.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Sea Capital in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Mark Bekheit, Ben Potter, and Bay Area associate Michael Podolny, with Chicago associates Omar Ammash and Bay Area associate Brian Ferrell.
